Why I created Rock*n Grow
Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked with countless brilliant women on or near the executive level. Smart. Experienced. Powerful. And still – often overlooked. They gave everything to their roles, went the extra mile, and still weren’t visible.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
Presence doesn’t come from performance.
Visibility doesn’t either.

And having a strong position in the room – that’s a skill of its own.
A coachee recently said: “I always try to please everyone in meetings – and realize that my own topics get lost.”
Another spent years pouring herself into her role – and now suddenly finds herself sidelined. Not because of performance, but because a new boss brought in their own team. She had never made herself visible beyond the boundaries of her role.

When I started my business, I had this bold mindset: I’ll never put my name on someone else’s business card again. But then I sat there, with all my experience, and no clear positioning.
